Jo Robinson Counselling provides professional talking therapy services to adults and young people in a safe and confidential setting. As an experienced counsellor and supervisor, I am dedicated to helping you overcome a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and more. I believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality counselling and therapy, which is why I also offer online sessions for those who cannot attend in-person.

Counselling for individual adults seeking support in various areas of their lives. I offer a warm, non-judgemental, safe space to explore challenging emotions or problems you may be experiencing. These can be face to face or online.
15 Minute Initial Phone Consultation - Free
50 Minute Face to Face or Online Session - £50
Young People
Face to face counselling specifically tailored to young people aged 11-18. A safe space to talk through any issue from anxiety to bullying, relationships to exam stress. If you are a young person you can contact me yourself, or if you prefer ask an adult to help. I also take referrals from schools and parents/carers.

50 Minute Face to Face or Online Session - £50
Supervision
One to one and group clinical supervision for counsellors and other professionals, face to face or online. I work in a relational, facilitative, collaborative way incorporating a variety of approaches with the seven eyed model at the core.
One to One 1.5 Hour Supervision Consultation - £75
I am happy to discuss reduced fees for students and trainees
